ALL PRICES ARE NET. Photofinishing ordersmay be prepaid or C.O.D. (Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or cash). Inquiries for any adjustments or discrepancies to be made within 30 days of invoice date, or invoice will be cosidered correct as is.

order supplies   Personalised order supplies, including mailer envelopes and order envelopes, are available for our customers.

customer service hours   8:30am to 5pm (EST) Monday through Friday by phone, fax (416-766-3482) or contact us by e-mail.

shipping   Delivery times and charges for shipping vary from carrier to carrier. We partially subsidize shipping charges for photofinishing orders over $80 (before taxes). Avoid costly C.O.D. charges by use of MasterCard or Visa. Declined credit card orders and pick-up orders that are ready for more than 21 days are shipped out C.O.D.

rush orders   Rush orders requiring special handling or overtime will carry a surcharge to be agreed upon as the need arises.

problems?   Please return the print(s) in the same condition as received (don't fold, rip or damage) along with the original order envelope, files negs, bar codes, etc., indicating the required corrections. If the error is ours, we will promptly reprint or correct (no credits or refunds offered).

limit of liability   We take great care to ensure the safety of your film and media, but even with the best operators and equipment, the possibility of error exists. Submitting any film, negative, artwork, slide or digital media to this Lab for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our Lab, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our Lab will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of raw material or unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our Lab of any film, negative, artwork, slide or digital media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Since color dyes may, in time, change, we cannot offer any warranty against any change in color. We cannot accept responsibility for orders left more than 90 days at the Lab.

copyright   We will not accept copy orders from artwork or photographs that may be covered by Copyright. We reserve the right to refuse orders that are beyond the scope of this Lab or that may not result in the high level of quality expected by the customer.

taxes   G.S.T./H.S.T. is extra, where applicable. Provincial Sales Tax is extra, where applicable. Customers exempt from P.S.T. (or G.S.T., in the case of native Canadians) must file an exemption form at the time their order is placed.
