PASSPORT photos are 50x70mm finished size. Here is a link that explains the current requirements for passport photos.

CITIZENSHIP photos are 35x53mm finished size, including a 10mm white strip at the bottom for signature.

PERMANENT RESIDENT Card Photos are 35x45mm finished size.
