While many of us consider Mac OS X to be the platform of choice, there are a few roadbumps that can happen when trying to use S.O.S. under the Leopard operating system. In some cases (for example, upgrading from Tiger to Leopard), S.O.S. may not run properly. Here's how to get around this problem:

  

1. Launch Java Web Start (Go > Utilities > Java > Java Web Start).

2. Click on the S.O.S. icon and Click on the Green Arrow.

3. Choose the Green Arrow Pull down menu and choose Run Online.

4. If the http://www.softworksroes.com window comes up, choose the Trust option.

5. Now S.O.S. should load up properly.
