Using Internet Explorer:

Open your IE browser window. In the address bar, type: ftp://67.226.176.217 and then press return on your keyboard.

You'll be prompted with a "Login As" box.

We have a folder available to the public called Files. To log into this folder, in the User Name window, type files and in the Password window, type password. Then click your mouse on the Login button. The "Login As" box should close, leaving the browser window, as on the right, below.

Now you are ready to send us files.

We suggest placing your file(s) in a folder on your computer. Give the folder a name such as the date sent and your name or customer number (e.g. 40309-A123 would be a folder sent on the 3rd of April, 2009 by Customer #A123).

Drag the folder onto the browser window and the file(s) will start to transfer to us. Transfer time depends on your internet connection and the size of files being sent.

Once the files have been sent, please send us an e-mail to files@silvanoimaging.com, letting us know who you are (Name and/or Customer Number), how to contact you (Address, Phone number), what you'd like us to do with your files (Order information) and whether you'll be picking up the order or we'll be shipping it.
