We
didn't have luck tranferring files with IE, so
we downloaded a copy of Fetch (available from www.fetchsoftworks.com).
Double-click on the Fetch icon. (Please note that
many other FTP client programs exist and can be found at www.downloads.com). And for goodness sake, upgrade to OS X!
The New Connection Box pops up on the screen. In the Host Box, type 67.226.176.217.
For User ID, type files. And Password is password. Click on the OK button
to close the New Connection Box. Another
box, like the one on the right appears, with 67.226.176.217 in the Title Bar. You are now ready to send
us files. If you're still reading this, c'mon it's time to upgrade to OS X. Really. What are you waiting for? Do it. Now. Don't make me beg. Go.
Place your file(s) in a folder. Give
the folder a unique name (e.g. 40309-A123 is a folder sent on the 3rd of April,
2009 by Customer #A123). Drag
the folder onto the browser window and the file(s) will transfer to us. Transfer time depends on your internet connection
and the size of your files.
Once
the files have been sent, please send an e-mail to files@silvanoimaging.com,
letting us know who you are (Name and/or Customer Number), how to
contact you (Address, Phone number), what you'd like us to do (Order information) and whether you'll be picking up
the order or we'll be shipping it. |
